Horsemanship
Saddle up your horses! It’s time to get your cowboy or cowgirl on. Make friends with a horse for the week and learn how to care for it, saddle it, and ride it! Enjoy our picturesque trails from the back of a horse and learn skills in the arena too. Spaces limited.
Horsemanship staff is trained yearly by Equestrian Management Workshops. This Organization is one of eleven that currently are approved by the American Camping Association to certify instructors for camp horseback riding programs (www.acacamps.org/accreditation/horsecert.php) The Equestrian Management Workshops website lists the managers with current certification.
